5. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Modify, disassemble, or reverse engineer the App.

  • Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the App.

  • Remove any proprietary notices or labels on the App.

6. Termination

My Dog Hates Technology LLC may terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that My Dog Hates Technology LLC believes violates these Terms or is harmful to My Dog Hates Technology LLC, the App, other users of the App, or third parties, or for any other reason.

7. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall My Dog Hates Technology LLC be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to the use or inability to use the App, even if My Dog Hates Technology LLC has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
